All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from actual products.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.
3Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI.
We are not liable for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.
In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within India. International shipping is not currently available.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
5Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Daily Dazzle.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
User-submitted content (reviews, photos) grants us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and promote it.
8Limitation of Liability
Daily Dazzle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
